Springfield

Springfield Family Physicians is recruiting for a fulltime provider to join our independent Family Medicine group.  We provide the full range of Family Medicine with the exception of prenatal and obstetric care.    Our members have the option to participate in providing inpatient care or to work exclusively in the outpatient setting.

This is a partnership track position and includes a very competitive guaranteed salary with benefits and financial support while you build your practice.    Fulltime is defined as a 4-day work week with equal participation in our call schedule (currently about 1 in 5 for hospital work, or 1 in 9 for practice-only call).   We are seeking a physician who wants to be involved in practice business decisions and who desires to be a business owner. Salem Urgent Care

Do you want to practice medicine but are looking for something besides a traditional office based setting? Salem Hospital Urgent Care Center is currently recruiting for a full-time physician position. We seek to provide high quality care within the scope of an urgent care type of practice. We have no assigned patients, no appointments, and no on-call schedule. We see a wide variety of minor illnesses and injuries in both adult and pediatric patients, and do some limited occupational medicine. We do not do routine physicals, including sports physicals. Shifts run from 10 a.m. till approximately 10 p.m. (closing time varies), with most full-time doctors doing about 10 shifts per month. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Compensation is productivity based, and benefits are available.
We have an experienced team of medical assistants that give injections, apply splints, etc. We also have on-site x-ray, and the Salem Hospital Emergency Department is just a block away and readily available for transfers for those patients needing more advanced workups such as CT scans or ultrasounds.
We have a great workspace, located across the street from Willamette University, 10 exam rooms, electronic medical records featuring the EPIC system, and electronic x-rays featuring the PACS system.
